Our Hotel

Our hotel was just the best. It was conveniently located close to the metro station. It was clean. Everything worked. The restaurant was excellent overall. The staff was friendly and took very good care of us.
The room was clean. Maid service cleaned the room and made the beds each day. There was always fresh clean towels, soap, toilet paper, shampoo available in the room. The maids were polite, friendly, and always ready to help.
Breakfast was included in the daily room charge. The free breakfast was top of the line. Everything was fresh and there was all you wanted to eat. Just before 10AM when the free breakfast closed a waiter visited each table to quietly inform us so that we could pick a few fruits to take with or have that last cup of coffee.
Wireless internet was available. The first few days we had a strong internet signal in our room but on Monday morning it disappeared. Then I had to go to the lobby for internet. That turned out to be fun. A small bar and dessert counter adjoins the lobby. I ordered a beer with frosted glass to drink while I tended to my internet needs.
When you select your hotel be sure to ask how far it is from the closest metro station. The main stations are Omonia, Syntagma, and Monastriaki. Monastriaki is the closet to the Acropolis.
